Located on the iconic Calvario hillside, La Caseta is a 84 m² town house that perfectly blends the tradition of its stone façade and thick walls with a complete renovation that respects its rustic soul. It is the ideal sanctuary for couples seeking peace, well-being, and a genuine connection with the island's essence.
Layout and Character
Due to its privileged hillside location, the property is distributed across multiple levels, creating unique and cozy spaces connected by stairs that preserve the original structure of the building.
Ground Floor: Upon entering, you are welcomed by a character-filled living-dining room, accompanied by a practical guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is a tribute to the past, featuring an original stone sink and terracotta countertops.
Mezzanine: Halfway to the sleeping area, there is a cozy sitting room with a TV. This level leads to the charming cobbled patio, a private oasis with a table and chairs—perfect for quiet breakfasts or starlit dinners.
First Floor: Home to the master bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower.

From the mid terrace dining space to the roof terrace views it was perfect! Admittedly the access is a bit of a climb either via the Cavalri stepsthe street opposite, but, its worth it. Plenty of dining opportunities & buses are great for exploring a little further afield. The availability to drop our bag due to early arrival was much appreciated and the house was spotless when we did check in. Highly recommend!!
