Ideally situated on the ground floor overlooking an inner courtyard, this apartment is a rare gem in the 15th arrondissement: it offers immediate proximity to the lively Rue de la Convention and the Montparnasse neighborhood, while guaranteeing absolute tranquility, perfectly sheltered from the urban hustle and bustle.

This functional studio, featuring with its small window above the apartment door, has been designed with your comfort in mind. It includes:
High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber/broadband).
A cozy living area with a double bed and a TV.
A versatile office/dining space.
A well-designed bathroom with a toilet.

Convenience: A laundromat is located less than 100 meters down the street.
Mobility: Excellent public transportation access for easy travel throughout Paris.

In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

This little studio was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our three days in Paris. The space can feel stuffy and extremely small as there are NO windows. There is a small ventilation window above the door which helped a lot. Space stayed very warm from the little heater.
It's in a fantastic neighbourhood and I'm so glad we stayed here.
Tips for improvement:
1- Two extra pillows for sitting up in bed
2- Bed side table with lamp (overhead lighting is a bit abrasive)
