The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and dishwasher). The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. There is a separate WC. (New bedding and appliances). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A private parking space (number 76) within the residence and a caretaker are included.
