We are Gerard and Anja van Loon, originally from the Netherlands, with a deep love for Italy.
In 2017, we decided to take the plunge, move to Italy, and bought a masseria that we’ve converted into a B&B.
In 2023, we bought a beautiful vacation villa near our B&B, complete with a large garden and a pool. We named it Casa di Saca, after the first two initials of our children’s names.
We completely renovated it and equipped it with all the amenities.
It is located on a gated property with several parking spaces.
The vacation villa is in a quiet location 9 km from the sea and close to picturesque towns such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and Monopoli.
