Also due to the view on the garden from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities and terrace.

On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 12 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook 5 sqm and with dinette, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
