* This condo is on the 3rd floor; the building does not have an elevator
* Two covered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available in the area.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 84th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
