Decent house with a few quirks... Be prepared to take a 2 minute shower. I contacted host and she said not to take back to back showers, which we were not doing at all. These were single showers. Max is 4 minutes with hot water. Not ideal! Also no hot water for dish washing, so we avoided cooking. Dishwasher was not installed and fell forward when opened. Everything else was fine. It was pet friendly, which was a big bonus - we brought our dog. The "lawn" is all pokey weeds, so dog's paws have sores (our fault for throwing his ball out there). And I wouldn't call it secluded since back neighbor has view into pool area. But otherwise fit our family and was a good value for the money.
