Cocoonr agency offers this 48 m² cottage for rent in Port-des-Barques, about 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 20 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x190) and a dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x200).
– Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed and two single beds
– A bathroom with shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: electric barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
– A private 16 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The maisonette is ideally located in Port-des-Barques, in a peaceful setting. All the essential shops and the beach are close by.
Ile Madame is within walking distance of the accommodation. Depending on the season, water sports activities are available, so don't hesitate to check out the tourist office website.
