Renaissance Tower will undergo exterior building improvements beginning September 8, 2026. Construction may take place Monday through Saturday between approximately 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Guests should expect construction equipment, workers, and possible daytime noise around the building.
The Renaissance Tower pool and surrounding pool area will be closed from September 14, 2026, through approximately January 18, 2027.
Special construction-period pricing may be available. Please send us an inquiry before booking with your dates and number of guests so we can provide the best available rate. By booking during this period, guests acknowledge the disclosed construction activity and temporary amenity restrictions.
We are currently waiting for confirmation from resort management regarding whether the balcony will be open or closed during the construction period. We will provide an update as soon as we receive more information.

The host were so great at responding & everything was so smooth. This was a great location & perfect for our baseball tournament. Will definitely stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. Great view of the ocean. The rooms were clean and updated. Great communication. Not much more I could ask for from the host. There were ongoing renovations occurring in the building during our stay which caused some disruptions but that wasn't the host's fault. Overall a good experience!
