Detailed description:

In this completely newly built, cozy vacation home—furnished with great attention to detail—you can fully enjoy your vacation, whether as a family, a group of friends, or a fishing party. A short 15-minute walk along quiet paths takes you to the sea, where a private boat dock is at your disposal—one you’ll share with no more than two other families. There’s also a parking lot located 150 meters from the dock, so you can drive the equipment you need for a boat or canoe trip right up to the water. Of course, you’re also welcome to take a refreshing dip from the dock.

Another swimming spot with a child-friendly beach and a diving tower can be reached within 15 minutes by walking along small, quiet paths. Near this swimming spot, there is also a modern, free outdoor fitness center for adults as well as a beautiful nature playground for children.

You can explore the natural beauty of the area on a variety of hikes through the picturesque landscape, pick blueberries, cranberries, and mushrooms, go on bike rides, watch birds, and—with a little luck—even spot moose or lynx. Deer are frequent visitors near the house.

Anglers have a good chance of catching pike, zander, perch, or herring. To ensure a successful fishing trip, you’ll have access to a sturdy boat equipped with a 15 PS motor (no license required!), GPS, and a fish finder; plus, you’ll receive fishing tips from a pro who’ll share the best spots and techniques for catching different species. We can also arrange for an additional fishing guide if needed. A briefing on how to operate the boat is included. Fishing equipment rentals are also available upon request.

If you prefer a quieter, more leisurely time on the water, you’re welcome to use the provided 3-person canoe (or Canadian canoe); paddles and plenty of personal flotation devices are, of course, included—even for children weighing 3–10 kg, 10–20 kg, and 15–30 kg.

For relaxing moments at the house, a modern gas grill and a dining area are available on the 100-square-meter terrace that wraps around the property. This way, you can take a seat on the sunny side at any time of day! In the evening, you can light a cozy fire in the designated fire pit.

Babies and children are especially welcome! We took special care to ensure the house is equipped with baby- and child-friendly amenities. You’ll find plenty of amenities for the little ones:
a safety rail that can be mounted on the parents’ bed or one of the single beds, a large nursing pillow (which, together with the safety rail, can be used to create a “nest” for the baby), a baby bathtub, a large & soft changing pad, a potty, a toilet seat adapter, a high chair, baby dishes and cutlery, a play mat, a play arch, and some cute toys (cars, building blocks, stuffed animals, etc.), so even the youngest children have something new to discover.

You’ll find a supermarket, a charming café, and a harbor area with a large, newly built children’s playground in Loftahammar, 15 km away.

The house is generally designed to accommodate 6 guests; however, a baby or toddler (as the 7th guest) can sleep in the parents’ bed.
