The Pozzo Vecchio apartment is located on the border between the historic center of Capoliveri and the outskirts, 200 meters from Capoliveri’s main square, Piazza Matteotti. Recently renovated in May 2018, the apartment features the distinctive stone walls typical of Tuscan homes, which characterize the large kitchen-living room, where there is a sofa bed ideal for a couple with a child.

The layout
In addition to the kitchen-dining area, the apartment features: a double bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower stall, an additional half-bath, and an utility room with a washing machine.
In addition to kitchenware, the apartment offers amenities such as an American-style coffee maker, an espresso machine with pods, a stovetop with oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer.
A large covered courtyard allows you to dine outdoors without cars or people disturbing your vacation.
Ideal for families who love staying in the center and want to visit the many beaches that the town of Capoliveri offers, all of which are conveniently accessible in just a few minutes.
