Our experience with Kevin and his property was beyond our expectation !! From beginning to end, it was the best experience with a rental property that we've ever had (not exaggerating). Not only was the communication excellent, but the condition of the property & amenities were on point !! Kevin thought of everything that travelers would possibly need to get their stay started. We especially appreciated him checking in on us to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Without hesitation, we give our recommendation to stay at this property !!! Fingers crossed that his property is available every time we return to Miami !!!

Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and we had a good night of sleep. It had all that we needed for the two nights stay. Very close to the airport too. It is located in an old part of the city, but the apartment is completely updated. The communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay again.
