I have been vacationing in NSB since I was a child and now have the privilege of bringing my own family. We love The Pelican and enjoy staying in different condos — this one did not disappoint! The double balconies are now a favorite! Overall, this condo is great — location, remodel upgrades, & incredible views. I do agree with other reviews about new bed pillows needed. We travel with our own pillows, but I always like to see owners caring about small, but important details. Additionally, extra cookware/bakeware/utensils would be appreciated.

Great place the views are amazing the only thing that maybe I was not comfortable with is the pillows are bad there sleeping pillows are not good if they where to fix that it would be 5 stars all the way but after spending 9 days there with bad pillows it gets to you so if the owner could fix that it would be 5 stars all the way

The condo is beautiful with a stunning ocean view. We would have given it five stars based on the property alone. Unfortunately, the management experience was extremely disappointing.We added one night to our weekly reservation but were charged almost 100 more than our weekly nightly rate.Despite confirming our door code would work before arrival, we were locked out for 30 minutes Friday night during a storm and had to make six calls, texts, and emails before receiving a working code.Inside, the bathroom was covered in dirty, wet towels because the roof was actively leaking, the bed had no sheets, the floor was sticky, and the dishwasher still contained dishes.On Saturday, management confirmed they already knew about the roof leak and repairs were scheduled for after our stay. The leak continued throughout our stay, water also seeped around the toilet, and although we reported it immediately and suggested someone check it, no one came.We spent much of our time fielding calls, texts, and emails about delivering more towels while the maintenance and cleaning issues were ignored.We didn't receive the pool code until after 2:00 p.m. on our second day, so we had to walk down the street for beach access. Our departure date was later changed, triggering another charge and more time resolving it. The day after telling management we had left a day early, we received a message encouraging us to add another night.A five-star property with a one-star management experience
