Charming vacation home in a secluded location right on Lake Lelången
Welcome to a lovingly renovated, traditional red vacation home with plenty of character and a fantastic location! The house is situated in complete seclusion in a small cove on Lake Lelången, just about a 10-minute walk from the lock in Lennartsfors.
The surrounding area offers ideal opportunities for fishing, berry-picking, and mushroom hunting—perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
The house dates back to the turn of the century and was carefully renovated in 2010, preserving many original details, such as tiled stoves, oiled wood floors, and lattice-style windows.
The location is unique: on a small headland, surrounded by forest, with a private dock just a few steps from the house. About 300 meters further on is the tip of the headland with beautiful rocks for swimming and fishing (fishing license required).

• Living space: approx. 90 m² over 1.5 floors
• First floor: entryway, kitchen, bathroom with shower & toilet, living room, and one bedroom
• Upper floor: three rooms, including two bedrooms
• Sleeping arrangements: 5 + 1 in total
The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs and offers direct access to the large patio with a grill, patio furniture, and a magnificent lake view.
The spacious property with a lawn offers plenty of room to relax—there are also horses in the immediate vicinity.
Bicycles are available for free use.
