Amenities
The accessible vacation rental offers plenty of space—about 80 m²—for a relaxing stay. The spacious, open-concept living area combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A cozy sofa set (with a pull-out bed, 140 x 200 cm), additional seating, and a TV invite you to unwind. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the outdoor area. Maritime artwork and decorations lend the room a fitting North German atmosphere. The large dining table comfortably seats up to four people. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker and electric kettle. A kitchen island with additional counter space visually separates the cooking area from the living area. From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious, fully fenced-in patio. A table with seating, a patio umbrella, and a beach chair provide a lovely spot for relaxing outdoors. An additional garden bench also invites you to linger.

The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and an additional single bed (90 × 200 cm). Nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser, and nautical accents create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror cabinet. Several shelving and storage options provide ample space for personal items.

Special Features
In our non-smoking apartment, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your exclusive use. Dogs are also welcome. A private parking space is located right next to the accommodation. A spacious communal garden with a large lawn, slide, climbing frame, and soccer goal offers plenty of room to play and run around. An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included in your reservation and is already part of the final price.

Note: During the summer months, a shared outdoor pool is available to all guests of the property. Please note that no lifeguard service is provided. Children and anyone who cannot swim safely may use the pool only under the constant and direct supervision of an adult companion. The responsibility for supervision lies with the parents, legal guardians, or responsible accompanying adults. The pool is available only seasonally. Depending on weather conditions, maintenance needs, or for safety reasons, use may be temporarily restricted or unavailable.

The “Land & Meer” vacation complex in Husum-Schauendahl comprises four spacious vacation apartments. Its quiet location on the outskirts of Husum offers an ideal starting point for excursions to the port city, the North Sea coast, and through the diverse landscape of North Frisia.

The apartments, which vary in size, can accommodate up to four or eight people and feature cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Two apartments are designed to be accessible. Depending on the accommodation, guests have access to a private terrace, a balcony, a fenced-in outdoor area, or a wood-burning stove.

Dogs are welcome. Each apartment comes with a private parking space. The large communal garden, complete with playground equipment and a soccer goal, offers plenty of space for families and groups traveling together.

During the summer months, guests can also use the shared outdoor pool. The pool is unsupervised and access may be restricted depending on weather conditions, maintenance, or for safety reasons.
