The Property:
“Mi casa tu casa” is a recently renovated apartment located in an elegant building. The spaces are modern, bright, and designed for maximum relaxation:
- Sleeping Area: 5 air-conditioned rooms, each with a flat-screen TV, desk, and ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi.
- Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms with showers, and a laundry area.
- The Extra Touch: Every morning, you’ll find a small complimentary snack in the kitchen to help you start your day off right.
- Security: The property is equipped with video surveillance in common areas for your peace of mind.
Strategic Location:
The apartment is located on Via Giovanni Lavaggi, just 50 meters from the lively Viale Mario Rapisardi, an area with plenty of bars (including late-night options), supermarkets, and shops.
- On Foot: In 10 minutes, you can reach Villa Bellini, the city’s green lung. A 20-minute scenic walk will take you to Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo, and the aromatic historic fish market.
- Nearby Amenities: Garibaldi Hospital and Massimino Stadium are just 500 meters away.
- Transportation: Fontanarossa Airport is just 4 km away (a paid shuttle service is available upon request).
