Villa Amara 4 is a brand-new, very spacious luxury villa built in 2025. Located in the Domaine d'Amara, a private and secure gated community, the villa spans 550 square meters and features a beautiful 200-square-meter terrace and a large 11-meter-by-4-meter infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The villa is magnificent, modern, and functional, tastefully furnished, and features 4 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The villa is spacious and pleasant to live in, with its fully glass-enclosed living room that opens directly onto the terrace, the pool, and the garden. It is not overlooked and is surrounded by lush greenery with a beautiful view of the sea. The bedrooms are very spacious; 3 of the 4 bedrooms open directly onto the terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, and three of the bathrooms are accessible directly from the bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have a very large king-size bed (180 x 200); the third has a 160 x 200 bed; and the fourth has two twin beds (90 x 200) that can also be arranged as a double bed. A half-bath (or guest restroom) is also available. The modern and functional kitchen opens onto the living room. The terrace is a spacious and well-furnished living area with several outdoor armchairs and a sofa, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. The villa is perfect for a vacation or for working remotely, as the Wi-Fi is high-quality and available throughout the property.
To reach Villa Amara 3, drive through the town of Trois Ilets, head toward Anse Mitan, and take the road to the sailing club. We’ll be waiting for you at the villa upon your arrival. The villa is located in the Domaine d’Amara, which features four beautiful, luxurious villas available for vacation rentals. Each villa offers ocean views and is set in its own lush, green setting. The estate is gated and secure; you’ll be provided with a remote control to gain entry.
The Anse Mitan neighborhood is a very pleasant tourist area where you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, and accessible beaches nearby. It’s a strategic location for exploring southern Martinique and visiting the island’s most beautiful spots.
