Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pets Allowed
Dogs are the only pets permitted and must be disclosed in advance. A $150 pet fee applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per reservation. Please keep dogs leashed in all public spaces and clean up after them.

Beach Fires

Kayak Safety
Life jackets are required when using the kayaks. Kayaking is not allowed after dark.

Security Cameras
The home has 3 exterior security cameras facing outward: a doorbell camera at the main entrance, a camera on the back deck facing the deck and lake, and a camera in front of the garage facing the driveway. They are motion-activated and record video and sound.

Stairs
This 2-story home requires exterior stairs to enter. Two bedrooms are on the main level, and interior stairs are required to access the bedroom and bonus room on the lower level.

There is another bookable vacation rental next door, so other travelers may be present during your stay.

Additional Accommodations
A separate 1-bedroom cottage for 4 guests is available next door for an additional nightly rate. Please inquire before booking if you would like to reserve both.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
