Cocoonr offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned flat in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 9 m² veranda with double sofa bed (sleeps two), armchairs and TV
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
