Welcome to Feelgood Casa, our lovingly restored boutique townhouse in the heart of Ispica, in southeastern Sicily. Our Casa blends history with modern design and has been furnished with great attention to detail.

Highlights include a rooftop terrace with a studio and barbecue, two stylish bedrooms with balconies, high-quality amenities, and a location just 10 minutes from an 8-kilometer-long sandy beach. The house was renovated with a keen sense of design, materials, and atmosphere. Original tiles, antique floors, and star-vaulted ceilings complement high-quality furniture, carefully selected details, and a clean, serene design.

Spread across three floors, you’ll find:
Ground Floor – Living & Relaxing
Open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table for long evenings, designer lighting, and plenty of natural light. A small, green courtyard for your first cappuccino in the morning.

First Floor – Sleeping & Relaxing
Two quiet bedrooms with French balconies. High-quality beds (1.60 m x 1.90 m) for a restful night’s sleep. Bathroom with natural stone and a rain shower.

Second Floor – Studio & Rooftop
Flexible space for yoga, work, or creative projects.
The rooftop terrace is our favorite spot: aperitivo in the shade, a view of the palazzo, and—on clear days—even a glimpse of the sea.

The Location
Our Feelgood Casa is located in the heart of Ispica, a charming little Sicilian town with an authentic Italian atmosphere and no mass tourism. Everything is within walking distance: espresso at the bar, aperitivo in the sun, evening strolls across the piazza, and (no joke) the best gelato on the island. Despite the quiet location, you’re right in the thick of things. There’s also plenty to experience in the surrounding area:

• In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the sandy beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo and Marispica. Always a highlight.
• It’s a good 30–40 minutes by car to Noto, Modica, Mazamemi, and Syracuse—just to name a few.
• Nature experiences: A 12-minute walk takes you straight to the Cava d’Ispica, a 13-km-long natural gorge with a unique atmosphere.
A 35-minute drive takes you to the Vendicari Nature Reserve, a wildlife oasis with wild beaches and flamingos; a 50-minute drive takes you to the Cava Grande del Cassibile, another nature reserve featuring freshwater lakes and waterfalls. Ideal for adventurers.
