The original foundation of this historic apartment dates back to around 700–800 AD, the time when Amantea was first settled and founded (as evidenced by its construction into the mountain rock).
Its location, high above and at the heart of the historic center, is visible from afar, as it is situated beneath an arch. It offers breathtaking views of the entire town and the Tyrrhenian Sea, including Stromboli.
Fully renovated with an exceptionally finished interior. Beautifully restored antique furniture and décor. Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a smart TV. This apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and pedestal sink. The unit is also equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack.
The first floor offers plenty of space to cook and enjoy a gourmet meal at home or simply relax and watch Netflix on the large pull-out couch, which also converts into a very comfortable full-size double bed.
