On the first floor of the unit, enjoy the fully renovated kitchen with plenty of storage in its double-sided island and new LG appliances with a refrigerator that produces craft ice balls to pour your favorite whiskey/bourbon over each evening after a round of golf or day at Kiva's private beach.
