Dimora Petrucci is a family-run guesthouse located just a short walk from Piazza Grande, in the heart of Montepulciano’s historic center. It features 4 elegantly renovated double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an LED TV, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and a kitchen.
Our residence is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building dating back to medieval times and offers a breathtaking view of the Val di Chiana, Lake Trasimeno, Lake Montepulciano, and the mountains surrounding Cortona.
Due to the building’s historical significance, there is no elevator.
We offer the option to book excursions to Val d’Orcia, Cortona, Montalcino, and Pienza, Siena and Arezzo, and Florence with a private driver for half a day or a full day.
