Living & Dining Area

Living Room: The heart of the villa is a cozy living room with rustic vibes and plenty of space for everyone to gather. Here, natural design elements blend with modern style—the walls feature rustic stone tile accents that add character and a touch of traditional charm to the space, while plush sofas and armchairs invite you to sink in and relax. Whether you’re curling up with a good book or enjoying movie night on the large smart TV, this living area offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan layout allows light to flood into the room through the large patio doors and connects seamlessly with the dining area and kitchen. It’s the perfect spot for family games, casual conversations, or simply unwinding in air-conditioned comfort after a day of exploring.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is an elegant dining space designed for memorable group meals. A grand dining table comfortably seats 12 guests, making it easy to host large family dinners, holiday celebrations, or dinner parties with friends. You’ll love sharing laughter and local wine around this table, with views of the garden just beyond the windows enhancing your dining experience. The open layout allows the chef in your group to join the conversation, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to dine together in one place. The dining area’s blend of rustic decor (including tasteful stone and wood accents) and modern lighting creates an ambiance that is both charming and sophisticated, perfect for everything from casual breakfasts to festive feasts.

Kitchen (Fully Equipped Gourmet Space)

The villa features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that will delight anyone who loves to cook—or simply enjoys a beautiful kitchen. Centered around a large kitchen island with rustic stone cladding, this space combines traditional design with top-of-the-line functionality. Whether you’re brewing your morning coffee or blending a sunset smoothie, you’ll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

We’ve included special amenities to elevate your culinary experience: a Nespresso capsule coffee machine for café-quality coffee at home, and a wine cooler to keep your favorite bottles perfectly chilled for that sunset toast by the pool. There’s also a full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and more—all seamlessly integrated into the villa’s stylish design. The open-plan layout means the kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas, so the cook never feels cut off from the fun. It’s easy to serve meals and entertain, with the dining table just steps away. This gourmet kitchen, with its blend of rustic charm and modern convenience, ensures that dining in can be just as enjoyable as dining out.
