Elegant loft located on the ground floor of the prestigious Palazzo Ferrara. The loft is finely furnished with valuable pieces and develops across different levels, all below the street level of Piazza Indipendenza.
The accommodation is spread over different levels and is equipped with steps to reach the various rooms of the house. The entrance of the house opens onto a living area with 2 armchairs, going down the stairs you reach the fully equipped kitchen. Continuing through the house you encounter the lounge consisting of a double sofa bed and overlooking the private garden. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom.
The garden is certainly the strong point of the property, for the exclusive use of guests, it offers a corner of bucolic Sicily from which you can observe the beautiful Parc D'Orleans and its exotic animals.
