From here, on the clearest days, the view is breathtaking. This is precisely the panorama you can admire from the large windows and the terrace of the Vittoria vacation home, a cozy three-room apartment spread over two floors, equipped with every comfort and ideal for families of up to five people.


SPACES The three-room Vittoria apartment is located within a residential complex consisting of a group of buildings nestled on the hillside overlooking the lake and featuring a communal pool available during the summer months. It covers an area of 70 m² and is arranged over two levels, connected by an internal staircase. The entrance leads into the living area, flooded with light from the large French doors opening onto the private terrace, light that is warmed by the rich tones of the wood in the beamed ceiling and staircase, giving the entire space a warm, golden natural glow, enhanced by the elegant cream and sage hues chosen for the walls. This is where daily life takes place: in the area facing the window is the practical open kitchen, while in the center stands the glass-and-metal dining table, as modern as the rest of the home’s furnishings. On the right-hand wall is the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed as needed to accommodate two additional guests. On the other side is the comfortable wooden staircase with a handrail leading to the sleeping area.

Also on this level is one of the apartment’s two bathrooms—the larger of the two—complete with a sink and mirror, a shower stall, a toilet, and a bidet, and it houses the washing machine.

The home’s selection of appliances is, in fact, excellent. The kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven, induction cooktops, and a dishwasher, and is complemented by a range of small appliances that round out the setup: from a microwave to a toaster, from a kettle to a pod-based espresso machine. A smart TV placed on a low console table completes the living area’s furnishings.

The tour of this floor’s spaces concludes with the terrace. Generously sized, it is perfectly equipped with outdoor furniture, including a second dining table with chairs, as well as armchairs and a coffee table. An awning with extendable arms allows you to control the shade and protect against the sun without detracting from the breathtaking view that stretches all around. In short, this area serves as a significant outdoor extension of the apartment, and it’s easy to imagine that much of the day—including breakfast, lunch, and dinner—will be spent here during the spring and warmer months.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. This entire floor features a sloped roof (also made of wood with exposed beams), and the ridge is very high, allowing the entire surface to be fully accessible. The bedrooms are adjacent: one has a large double bed positioned in front of a wide window offering the same breathtaking view as the terrace; the other has two single beds—one of which is a fold-away bed—and also has a window, albeit a smaller one. Both rooms have built-in closets and dressers. The bathroom on the second floor is equipped with wall-mounted fixtures: a sink with a mirror, a toilet, and a bidet.

The entire apartment has independent heating. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but electric bikes can be charged in the building’s shared garage. The apartment is located very close to the building’s shared pool, which features a sun deck and is accessible to guests.
