Welcome to The Wharf Penthouse 2210, a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Located in a prime spot at The Wharf, this penthouse offers incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and a bright, open layout perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The living room is filled with natural light from floor to ceiling windows and features a large sectional with plenty of seating, a TV, and direct access to the expansive private balcony. Step outside to enjoy the views and take in everything The Wharf has to offer from above.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a large dining table, making it easy to gather for meals and spend time together.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, floor to ceiling windows with balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a spacious tiled walk in shower, and a soaking tub. The first guest bedroom also offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for additional guests or kids, featuring two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a closet, views of the Ferris wheel, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower.
For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

floors were very dirty. the bottoms of our feet were black every day from walking around inside the condo. several dirty dished left for us to clean

It was so easy to locate and rent the condo. As former owner at the facility, I was glad to be familiar with the grounds as I checked in at a busy time with a concert going on that evening. There were cars everywhere and we were unable to gain access to the 3rd floor during this "rush hour." This certainly was not the fault of management, but should just be considered as a head's up since check-in is not until 4pm.The unit is beautiful. Couch was comfortable as well as the chairs located thru ought. Outdoor furniture was also comfortable. The beds we utilized were also very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, etc as well as utensils. Be sure to read the "What to Bring" part of the check-in process beforehand as there is not a "general store" on-site to quickly run downstairs. There is a convenience store about a mile away, however. Phenomenal view from the back balcony.
