Welcome to this bright and generously sized 3-bedroom home in the charming village of Kirkliston, perfectly located just 10 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport. There are three well-proportioned bedrooms, all thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep, along with a modern bathroom, an ensuite and additional amenities to make your stay seamless. The property also benefits from ample storage and a calm, residential setting.
Located in Kirkliston, you’ll enjoy a peaceful village atmosphere while being just a short drive from Edinburgh Airport, the city centre, and major road links to explore the Scottish Highlands. Local shops, cafés, and green spaces are within easy reach, making this an excellent base for both work and leisure area with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of travel or sightseeing.

This is a quiet residential area housing lots of families. We would love guests to treat this like their home and respect the neighbours.
There is only parking available on the driveway for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must be parked outside of the housing estate.
The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.
At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.
To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
