This is a private basement suite located in a three-story home. Guests enter the property through a shared entrance, which is used by the residents of the home. Once inside, you can proceed directly downstairs to your suite.

The basement suite is fully private, and once you enter your space you will have the entire suite to yourself.

Please note that because the entrance is shared, you may occasionally see the residents entering or leaving the home. The residents live on the upper floors of the house, which includes three additional bedrooms upstairs. Your suite is completely separate from the living areas above, allowing guests to enjoy their own privacy during their stay.

This setup provides guests with a private and comfortable space, while still being part of a welcoming home environment.
