The owner did not respond to our written communication nor our telephone call. We requested a late checkout but received no response. The home itself was the best VRBO home we have stayed in. It must have been redone recently and had everything you needed. We have stayed in quite a few.Having said that, here are a few minor suggestions to make the property even better. The two trash cans in the garage were completely full. We had to leave the trash in the kitchen. Somebody needs to take out the trash on trash day.I t would have been nice to have a few more towels. The reclining sofa was wonderful on the one side it worked. We could not figure out how to get the other side hooked up or running. The initial impression with the unpainted front porch was not good. So we were very pleasantly surprised upon entering. An inexpensive paint job would improve looks a lot.

Amazing home! Great location! Quick, consistent communication!
