Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room of ... m², a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. There is a 200 m² garden and a 30 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 90 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (160×200),
- Bedroom 2: with 2 double beds (140x200),
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- An enclosed, private garden of around 200 m².
The flat is ideally located in Rivière-Salée, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
-Southern beaches (Sainte-Luce or Trois-Îlets), around 8 km away
-Water sports (kayaking in the mangroves, paddle boarding, scuba diving, snorkelling)
-Nature discovery and hiking (Forêt Vatable 7 km away or climb Morne Larcher 12 km away)
-Cultural visits and crafts (Village de la Poterie, 6 km away)
