Wangermeer Perle I – Comfortable Vacation Home for Families and Groups

The Wangermeer Perle I is a cozy, modern semi-detached home located directly on Lake Wangermeer in Hohenkirchen. You enter the house through the bright entryway into a welcoming hallway, which leads to a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a convenient laundry room with a washing machine. The inviting living and dining area forms the heart of the home: The open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area offers a beautiful view of the garden and access to the patio, while the large, comfortable sofa invites you to relax.

The staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another bathroom with a shower and four bedrooms: two rooms, each with a double bed, and two additional rooms, each with two single beds—ideal for families or groups.

The house features a modern ventilation system, heated floors, and a lockable bike shed. For larger groups, there is the option to book the adjacent semi-detached house, “Wangermeer Perle II,” as well. Vacation in Hohenkirchen—Relaxation, Nature, and Plenty of Fun
The health resort of Hohenkirchen offers everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation: shopping, two bakeries, a pharmacy, and medical care are all located right in town. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the North Sea in just a few minutes by car or bike. The cities of Jever and Wilhelmshaven are also within easy reach and invite you to take a stroll through town or enjoy cultural excursions.

A special highlight for families is the Nordsee-Spielstadt Wangerland—an approximately 5,000 m² indoor amusement park that’s open rain or shine. Here, children and parents can spend an exciting day together, enjoying a roller coaster, chain carousel, bumper cars, climbing area, ship swing, sandbox, toddler play area, and much more. The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
