OPO Essential Nandini ,Aurangabad ,Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

The staff was very courteous and responsive. A special shoutout to Laxmi at the reception who ensured seamless check in and checkout besides booking us a cab and getting us a packed breakfast early morning for our flight. Himmatsingh from the restaurant was very good too. The rooms were great and so was the food. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Everything was great

The room is exceptionally clean. Compliment to housekeeper Pallad. The hot water shower is hot and AC is working well. The property is new and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good. The F&B services there is like really good and not expensive so I usually just dined in the room. Also the bed is very comfortable. I really enjoyed my time in the room. It means a lot to have a good sleep after a day's sightseeing.

One minor thing is that the toilet is too high so when you are sitting on it and if you are under 180cm your feet won't touch the ground. (I am 160cm...) I would suggest to provide a small plastic stool in the washroom so that guest can be more comfortable when using the toilet. I am sure they would have provided me that if I had asked (but I didn't)

The property is new and have modern infrastructure. Reception team is good and professional and friendly. Explained about the property politely.

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay at OPO Essential Nandini, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, booked through Booking.com. This was my second stay. My first experience was excellent, particularly regarding cleanliness, ambience, staff behaviour, and service. Because of this positive experience, I chose to stay again with my spouse. During this stay, I noticed two points that I request the management to kindly consider: 1. ₹299 Charge for White Cloth A white cloth was placed near the washroom, and some mud from my shoes accidentally came in contact with it. At checkout, I was charged ₹299, apparently considering the cloth stained by the guest. I was willing to pay, but explained that the mark was simply mud from footwear. I request management to avoid placing white cloths in such locations, especially during the rainy season, and to verify the cause of any stain with the guest before applying a charge. Staff may also be trained to handle such situations more courteously. 2. Breakfast Hygiene During breakfast on 11 September, I noticed what appeared to be a small insect/mosquito on an idli. I immediately informed the breakfast staff, who promptly removed it and replaced the idlis. I appreciate the quick response. However, I request the management to reinforce food-safety, hygiene, kitchen, and serving practices to prevent such incidents in the future. Overall, I genuinely liked the hotel and its ambience, cleanliness, interiors, and service. I am sharing this feedback constructively because I chose to return based on my previous positive experience. I hope the management will take these observations positively and use them for further improvement.
