I liked the ambiance and the staff were very polite and helpful the food was also good..
What i didn't like was the attached rooms because it was uncomfortable as well as the rooms were not so clean, they sent the person to clean the room but still it was dirty and there was no handwash in the washroom ...

While booking online and requested the timings for Check in , they have nor provided the room as per the booking timings
Once Booked online where we have disappointed and extenstion facility not provided which is very inconvienient to the guests, if guests work not completed, then they might opt for extenstion obviously, this option has to be provided.

The property location is very good, but Staff is not helpful they didn't know Hindi or English. Room cleaning not done in time, no drinking water supplied in room. Service is improper as per the given rate.
Need more facilities based on the given rate like proper room cleaning, Room Service etc.
