It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It ia very near Seoul Station and very safe to walk. Local restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Having a washing machine was great.
It’s small and the sofa which is a sofabed is not super comfortable. We only had two big towels and we didnt know how to get clean ones so we washed them ourselves.

Easy check in. Lovely coffee area which was very clean although we didn't see any staff if was obviously well kept, stocked with coffee ice water and well maintained. And comfortable with sofas tables and books. Location near Seoul station was excellent making it easy to get around.
No lift ( as stated) but luggage lift available and works well.. bathroom was the wettest we experienced in south Korea, the floor does drain but slowly however bathroom slippers provided to walk on a wet floor. Once used to it it was fine.
