great views over the ocean and Waitangi close. Good playground near by. Dairy and takeaways next door. Short drive (or walk) to Waitangi and Paihia town center.

Location was perfect, nice touch to have bottled water and chocolates on arrival, lovely big rooms and great deck overlooking the beach.
