This property is so nearly fantastic but some really basic things let it down. On the positive, it is a good size for 2 people, lovely sea view from balcony which in itself is a good size with table & 4 chairs plus clothes dryer, good wifi with Smart TV, lovely pool with sunbeds that gets the sun in the afternoon, basic gym in basement, free parking (might be a struggle at high season), good shower, all very clean. Good location within relatively easy walk to beach although is up a steep hill from road.

Uh, so frustrating!!! Kitchen is nice size, excellent oven/hob and massive fridge freezer, all good. However, there were literally 2 kitchen cooking facilities, 1 medium size "saucepan" (more hob casserole dish) and 1 mid size frying pan. There were no baking trays other than the one that comes with the oven. Just 4 knives, 4 forks, 2 teaspons, 4 plates, 4 bowls, a few sharp knives and other basic cooking tools but why such limited pots and pans and why not a bit more cutlery? Also, the apartment temperature controls???? There is a mega panel of switches at the entry but NO instructions as to what controls what. Some do the A/C, one we eventually found out turns the hot water boiler on & off, but we only discovered this when we had NO hot water because surprise surprise it had run out because the switch was off. But NO labels!!! Same problem with the a/c; we realised on one day we'd left it ON all day that it clearly didn't like; there was water all over the floor where it had leaked and on inspecting further, this had clearly been an ongoing issue because the whole doorframe underneath where it is mounted in the bedroom was completely warped from water damage. Again, simple instructions would make it so easy. Our other massive issue was trying to find the place upon arrival. The apartment is called Orchid Luxury Residence so you would assume the word Orchid would reference the building as all the address says is Number 16 on the road. NO!!! Firstly it's impossible to know what number each building is on the road, and secondly, Orchid has nothing to do with the building. In fact, you need the ELIA apartments which are on the right hand side at the end of a side road opposite the 1st Market shop going up the road from the beach highway. Arriving from England, we had no phone signal for phone or Whatsapp so it was impossible to get hold of the landlord to find him.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I liked the location of the property. And I liked how it was in a new building.

The apartment itself could use some improvements. The couch didn’t pull out into a bed. Wasn’t the cleanest. A door was missing a handle, some unfinished work on the apartment. There were cockroaches.
