Immigrant neighborhood, safe neighborhood, immigrant host, convenient walk from subway, 25 minute subway ride from city center, host was honest and responsible, allowed use of kitchen
Other guests took too long in bathroom. I can understand not wanting to create rules. I think it would be good to post a sign on the toilet door asking guests to limit time to 15 minutes and to apply makeup and blow dry hair in their rooms.
Patio was not cleaned up for guests or encouraged to use it.
