Suit for families
Not too close to public transport.

Lovely house, plenty of beds and space. Good communication. Residential area.
Issues when we arrived and accommodation wasn't ready but owner was very helpful. Shame we wasted a couple of hours hanging about with nowhere to go as it's in a housing estate and we were on foot. Not great if using public transport.

The check-in instructions were very clear from the beginning. We received a Google Drive link with everything we needed to know about the property, including check-in details, WiFi, and directions.

Comfy house but not really 'luxurious'
The kitchen was not very well equipped. You could do with taller tumblers, a teapot for 6; a cafetière for 6; tea towels would have been nice as would a towel in the downstairs toilet. It would also have been nice to have at least 2 dishwasher tablets as part of the package.
The stool in the kitchen felt like it was about to break and the beds could do with screwing back together as the one in the top room felt unstable. The shower in the top room wasn't very clean either.
