It is a wonderful 3-floor property with a bathroom on every floor. There’s a Tesco right opposite which was wonderful. Very clean, bright and accessible. It was like home away from home. This may be the best family accommodation we’ve stayed in. Very comfortable.

1. There was a blood spot (looked fresh when we arrived) on a pillow protector on the ground floor bed. It was visible from the thin pillowcase. However, we reported it and it was promptly acknowledged. 2. The bathroom lock on the same floor was also broken which was a bit of a hassle as it was used by everyone when downstairs and someone was locked inside on the first night. 3. The corridor light is motion sensitive and we couldn’t switch it off (or didn’t know how to!) so night bathroom visit woke us up completely as the light switched on as soon as you stepped out of the room. 4. We paid £50 for a late checkout until 2pm but left at 11.30am, so we requested a partial refund of at least £30. Four days later, we have received no update on our request which is disappointing. I will update this review once the refund has been received.
