Very nice, clean and the host was prompt in answering our questions.

Communication and cleanliness were incredible.
The only negative had nothing to do with the property or the owners but Booking.com.

We were a family of 5 and the house was big and comfortable. There was no physical key to the house so a keypad entry made it easy. Toiletries and a hairdryer were provided, which was a plus. The gated community was peaceful but a bit of a drive to get to restaurants and shops.
The host forgot to include the front gate code (of this gated community) and the wi-fi password in the email, but was quick to respond when prompted. Also, a quick tidying up of the property before we arrived would have been greatly appreciated…dusty floors, a dead palmetto bug in the middle of the kitchen floor, a spider web in the kitchen window, two light bulbs were non-functional, and a smoke alarm in the middle bedroom was already sounding when we walked in.
