22 at Ridgeway Haven

What a wonderful stay! From the beginning, everything went smoothly, with clear instructions for entering the estate and finding the house. The house was absolutely beautiful, from the stained-glass windows at the front door to the inviting sitting area overlooking the trout dams and mountains. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and practical, the bathrooms were lovely, and the luxurious bath towels were a real treat. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the sitting room, with plenty of wood and fire starters provided. Walking around the estate was a highlight—the surroundings are beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Although the estate is about 10 km outside Dullstroom, the peace and quiet made the short drive well worthwhile. The estate’s restaurant was fully booked during our stay, so I would recommend booking ahead if you would like to have dinner there. There are also lovely restaurants in Dullstroom, and the well-equipped kitchen makes dining at the house an easy option. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!
