the villa has a great view, its spacious and nice.
check in was delayed than the agreed on time. house keeping arrived after the agreed on check in timing. the house was very dirty and there was no tissue paper or soap, house keeping said they would bring them and did not. there was a lot of ants and insects on the floor and on the furniture. when i messaged them regarding the cleanliness of the villa they replied with that the house was already clean and that the housekeeping was just polishing it, which was clearly not true given the dirtiness i received the villa in.
