This place is perfect! Private house but close to great general store and boothbay harbor. Plenty of space, well kept, and clean. Great wading and swimming at high tide. Highly recommend!!

Gorgeous location with beautiful water views. Unfortunately the interior of the house is tired--perhaps from a busy summer. The house smelled musty, the master bedroom carpet had multiple stains, the mattress was saggy, pillows lumpy, and the bed linens were worn. The bathroom, kitchen and living room were clean and we enjoyed the views of the water from the living room, kitchen and when on the deck.
