Seaside property set within a characteristic tower overlooking the clear waters of the Riviera. The villa enjoys wide-reaching views across the Mediterranean, with Capri visible on the horizon. The centre of Massa Lubrense is just 800 metres away, providing access to restaurants, shops, cafes and public transport, while Sorrento can be reached in around 10 minutes by car or bus. A bus stop on the main road ensures connections across the peninsula.
The property is part of a residential complex but benefits from an independent entrance. Access is via a shared elevator that descends two floors towards the sea, followed by a short flight of approximately ten steps leading directly to the villa and its private access to the coastline. Guests also have use of a private storage space below the property, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs for days by the sea.
