Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The service of staffs were wonderful. And the luxurious building, the view of the dinning room and lobby was really nice.

Though we arrived earlier than the check in time, but they adjusted the time and made us check in. Every staff was friendly and really kind. We're looking forward to the next stay.

Very tidy and clean hotel with large bathing rooms, however a bit difficult to access since Atami is a place with steep slopes and narrow roads.
