I had a great stay at Altura Hotel. The staff was awesome—friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was nice and clean, including the bathroom and shower. The kitchenette was useful, although I would have preferred a larger four-burner stovetop instead of the two-burner setup.
My biggest issue was the elevator breaking down while I was staying on the 24th floor. I ended up having to walk all the way downstairs with my bags, which was definitely uncomfortable and inconvenient.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and had a positive experience overall. I would still recommend Altura Hotel.
