The Space:
Built in December 2023, this newly built, luxury Cape Coral estate is the ideal getaway! Minutes from numerous attractions, your days here can be spent exploring the city's parks, golf clubs, local seafood eateries, beaches, and shopping centers.
When all you want to do is relax, simply head for the home's enclosed pool and pool spa. Pair your afternoon dips with tropical treats enjoyed at the alfresco dining table and bar. The provided gas grill makes summertime cookouts effortless, and while you're grilling you can gaze out at passing boaters on the canal.
Inside, the open-concept interior stylishly blends together. Sit back and stream your favorite shows from the oversized sofa in the living room. Play chef amidst gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. Invest in moments of self-care when you rinse off in the primary bathroom's large walk-in shower or in the elegant soaking tub.
Composed of high ceilings, soft linens, and private TVs - each of the four bedrooms displays inviting sleeping quarters for you and your loved ones. The interior perks don't end there, also inside you'll have access to a private washer/dryer, a fireplace, and central air-conditioning.

Pool & Spa Heating Terms & Conditions
Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request heating.
The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F, and the spa is heated to a target temperature of 102°F. These are desired temperatures, not guaranteed temperatures. Heating performance depends on outdoor weather conditions, and the pool and spa may not reach or maintain their target temperatures during periods of cold weather.
Pool Heating & Weather Conditions
The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate effectively. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain 85°F.
Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. The spa also depends on the heater's operating conditions and may take longer to reach or maintain its 102°F target during colder weather.

Wonderful property, very updated- we loved it. The outdoor space was amazing and very comfortable outdoor seating. Very clean and comfortable sleeping spaces. It is a bit of a drive to the bridge but a very quiet neighborhood which was nice. The only issue was that we paid to heat the pool and the hot tub but both are heated to the same temperature (99*) and renters are not able to turn on the “bubbles/jets” for the hot tub so, that was disappointing. So, we ended up only swimming late at night because the pool was very hot and did not use the hot tub because we were not allowed to turn on the bubbles which made the hot tub useless. Very nice size pool and beautiful views of the canal.

Love the way the house is set up especially the outside , we would absolutely rent this house again , kitchen is well stocked ,definitely one of the nicest homes we rented
