This home is close to shopping and the Convention Center. The elevator will make it easy to access this fifth-floor suite after a fun day on the beach!

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Premises was very inviting with all you could possibly need. We had a fantastic time and will be back again in the future.

This condo has a great view and is an elevator ride with a few steps to the beach. My family of four was very comfortable in this condo as it is very spacious with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has anything you could need to cook in rather than eating out.
