À propos de cette location de vacances
Summary:
Casa Blanca
The Space:
Recharge with a dose of sunshine and waterfront living at this Manasota Key hideaway. Just minutes from gorgeous Gulf beaches, this two-bedroom charmer perfectly blends laid-back seaside living with irresistible curb appeal. A large grassy lawn welcomes family fun outside and an outdoor shower offers a convenient spot to rinse-off sand and saltwater after trips to the beach. Sip morning coffee on the covered front patio and enjoy afternoon entertainment in the Florida Room, equipped with a mounted air-conditioner and ceiling fans for added comfort.
Bright interior showcases inviting coastal decor and all the comforts of home. Meal planning is made easy in the stainless steel full kitchen and the open living area features an array of plush seating and a smart TV for everything from casual downtime to family movies nights. Modern must-haves include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
Other Things to Note:
THINGS TO KNOW:
- Canal access on the property is currently not available at this time. Stump Pass State Park is 0.7 miles away and a popular spot to launch kayaks and paddleboards.
- As some parts of the local area are still rebuilding from the 2024 hurricanes, there may be some local construction work nearby during your stay.
- While we are in the midst of working on professional landscaping for the exterior of the home, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding if there is landscape work being completed during your stay.

Manasota magic was more than I expected. A fully stocked home and only five minutes from the beach! What more could you ask for? Perfect location to walk to restaurants in Englewood also. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. You don’t need to bring anything. Washer and dryer was a plus. It was just great overall.
